RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange with gift card or refund. This excludes sales items. The following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be received in its original, unworn condition.
  • Items are purchased from luxlavieco.com
  • Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for earrings.
  • If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email support@luxlavieco.com and we will assist you ASAP.

REFUND PROCESS

Once you have checked that your product is eligible for return under our “RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY”, please submit the Return/ Exchange Form to support@luxlavieco.com and we will begin your return process.

  • Please note that the shipping fee for any return items is at the customer’s own cost.
  • The original shipping cost made to receive your order is non-refundable.
  • We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email following this (please check spam mail if you can’t find it in your inbox).
  • All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the payment to come through.
  • If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again and contact your bank if you have any concerns.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that get lost during transit.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Store credit is issued via Gift Card for exchanges, valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  • Please note that the shipping fee for any return items is at the customer’s own cost.
  • The original shipping cost made to receive your order is non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we will issue you a store credit via email (please check spam mail if you can’t find it in your inbox).
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that get lost during transit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item that is defective or not what you have ordered, please contact us ASAP via support@luxlavieco.com

We kindly ask you to include the following: Your name, order number, details & a photo of the faulty item.
