All items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days from Melbourne, Australia. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail to track your parcel. Alternatively, you can also use the AusPost Tracking Tool to track your parcel.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, once you have received your item, you are welcome to make a return with us, as long as your items meet our Return Policy.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address!
Please get in touch with our team via firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your Order ID and the correct shipping address. Once your order is shipped, we can no longer change this.
